How to use
Use Retino-A Cream as directed by your physician. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.
Retino-A Cream is good for external just use.
Remove all cosmetics having a mild soap before applying Retino-A Cream. Gently dry the area. Wait 20 to 30 minutes to ensure that your epidermis is totally dry.
Apply a thin film of medicine to the affected area. Rub in gently.
Wash your hands just after using Retino-A Cream.
Drug Class and Mechanism
Retino-A Cream is really a vitamin A derivative. How it exerts its beneficial effects against acne cases are not fully known. Tretinoin appears to increase skin-cell turnover and also to lessen the tendency for skin cells to stay together. Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of Retino-A Cream, skip the missed dose and return to your normal dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses immediately.
Storage
Store Retino-A Cream at room temperature, between 59 and 80 degrees F (15 and 26 degrees C). Store in a very tightly closed container. Store away from heat and light. Keep Retino-A Cream from the reach of youngsters and away from pets.
Possible Side Effects

Redness, peeling, or a sense warmth; sensitivity to sunlight; skin irritation; stinging at application site.

Severe allergies (rash; hives; itching; breathlessness; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); severe redness, swelling, blistering, or crusting of the skin.
