INDICATIONS
Clindamycin is indicated in the management of serious infections brought on by susceptible anaerobic bacteria
Clindamycin can also be indicated in the treating serious infections due to susceptible strains of streptococci, pneumococci, and staphylococci. Its use must be reserved for penicillin-allergic patients or any other patients for whom, inside the judgment with the physician, a penicillin is inappropriate. INSTRUCTIONS

STORAGE
Store at room temperature far from moisture as well as heat. Protect the injectable medicine from high heat.
Clindamycin could cause diarrhea, which can be severe or lead to serious, life-threatening intestinal problems. If you have diarrhea that is watery or bloody, stop using clindamycin and call your medical professional.
Call your doctor simultaneously when you have:
any alternation in bowel habits;
little or no urinating;
signs of inflammation within you - swollen glands, flu symptoms, easy bruising or bleeding, severe tingling or numbness, muscle weakness, upper stomach pain, jaundice (yellowing from the skin or eyes), chest pain, new or worsening cough with fever, trouble breathing; or
severe skin reaction--fever, sore throat, swelling within your face or tongue, burning inside your eyes, skin pain, accompanied by a red or purple skin rash that spreads (especially inside face or upper body) and causes blistering and peeling.
