INDICATIONS
Finast prevents the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) within the body. DHT is involved in the continuing development of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Finast (Propecia) can be used for the treatments for male pattern thinning hair. Finast (Proscar) is used to deal with signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) that face men with an enlarged prostate.
Finast doubles for other purposes.
INSTRUCTIONS
Take prescription drugs exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take it in larger amounts and for longer than recommended. Follow the directions on your prescription label.
Take this medicine which has a full glass of water.
Finast could be taken with or without food. Take the medicine at the same time on a daily basis.
To be sure this medication is assisting your complaint and not causing harmful effects, your blood should be tested often. Your doctor may also test your prostate specific antigen (PSA) to check for prostate cancer.
STORAGE
Store at room temperature away from moisture, heat, and lightweight. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
Finast will never be taken with a woman or even a child.To make sure you can safely take finast, educate doctor in case you have some of these other difficulties:
liver disease, or abnormal liver enzyme tests;
prostate type of cancer;
a bladder muscle disorder;
stricture of one's urethra;
if you can't urinate; or
if you have ever had a hypersensitivity to some similar medicine called dutasteride (Avodart).
Using finast may enhance your risk of developing prostate cancer.
