INDICATIONS
Kemadrin is utilized for treating Parkinson disease. Procyclidine cuts down on the effects of certain chemicals within you that will become unbalanced on account of disease (for example Parkinson's disease), drug therapy, or any other causes.
INSTRUCTIONS
Take procyclidine the same manner directed because of your doctor.
Take each dose with a full glass of water. Take procyclidine after meals to reduce stomach upset.
Procyclidine is normally taken 3 or 4 times each day. Follow a medical expert's instructions.
DOSAGE
Use Kemadrin as directed from your doctor.
If you miss a dose of Kemadrin, go on it at the earliest opportunity. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your normal dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses immediately.
STORAGE
Store Kemadrin at room temperature far from moisture and heat.
Check together with your doctor if any of these most COMMON unwanted effects persist or become bothersome:
Blurred vision; constipation; dilated pupils; dry mouth; giddiness; lightheadedness; lack of appetite; nausea; upset stomach; vomiting.
Seek medical help straight away if these SEVERE unwanted side effects occur:
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; breathlessness; tightness in the chest; swelling with the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); chest pain; confusion; difficult or painful urination; difficulty swallowing; eye pain; fast or pounding heartbeat; mental or mood changes; uncontrolled movements.
Do NOT use Kemadrin if:
Some medical conditions may interact with Kemadrin. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, in particular when any with the following sign up for you:
if you happen to be pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding
if you're taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement
in case you have allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances
for those who have glaucoma, mental or mood disorders, muscle weakness (eg, myasthenia gravis), ulcerative colitis, (eg, an enlarged prostate), or urination problems
if you have a blockage with the stomach, esophagus, or urinary tract; kidney or liver problems; high blood pressure levels; heart or circulation system disease; an irregular heartbeat; or uncontrolled movements in the hands, mouth, or tongue.
Kemadrin might cause lightheadedness or blurred vision. Do not drive, operate machinery, or a single thing else that is dangerous until you recognize how you reply to Kemadrin. Using Kemadrin alone, with certain other medicines, or with alcohol may lessen you skill they are driving or perform other very dangerous tasks.
Kemadrin may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting. Alcohol, warm weather, exercise, and fever can increase these effects. To prevent them, crunch or stand slowly, specifically in the morning. Also, sit or lay down in the first sign of dizziness, lightheadedness, or weakness.
Do not become overheated in hot weather or during exercise and other activities; heatstroke may occur.
Use Kemadrin with warning in CHILDREN. Safety and effectiveness are not confirmed.
PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: If you conceive while taking Kemadrin, discuss together with your doctor the benefits and perils of using Kemadrin during pregnancy. It is unknown if Kemadrin is excreted in breast milk. If you might be or will probably be breast-feeding while you are using Kemadrin, check along with your doctor or pharmacist to discuss the potential for loss to your baby.
